Open shifts go to your own team before any agency.
When a shift opens, Remedi offers it to your own people first: the unit’s staff, then float and per-diem, then sister buildings, in an order everyone can see.

How it works
A call-out arrives by phone, at the desk or as a missed clock-in. Remedi offers the open shift to the unit’s own staff first, in the order the fairness ledger sets. If nobody takes it, Remedi offers it to float and per-diem staff and then to sister buildings. Agency comes last, after the charge nurse approves, and Remedi records the reason and the cost.
The Remedi difference
The order comes from the fairness ledger, so tonight’s extra shift is already counted when tomorrow’s is offered. Agency is the last call, made only when your own staff can’t cover the shift, with the reason and the cost on the record.
