Every staff member can see where they stand.

Every staff member can open their own ledger and see where they stand: who has carried the weekends, the nights, the holidays and the overtime. Their manager sees the same record.

The fairness level for each unit in a building, with its staff count and the part of the schedule that is least even.
  • On 2 West, nights are the least evenly shared.
A nurse's own fairness ledger on Remedi Go, showing how evenly weekends, nights, holidays, overtime and requests are shared across the team.

What’s included

  • Weekends, nights, holidays and overtime, tracked for every person
  • Requests honored, and how often
  • Unit and building fairness at a glance
  • The ledger on every staff member’s phone

How it works

Every shift a person works, swaps or picks up counts toward their ledger. Remedi updates the ledger every night and every time a shift moves. Open shifts go first to the people carrying the lightest load of weekends, nights and holidays. Staff and managers see the same numbers.

The Remedi difference

The ledger sets the order in which open shifts are offered. Staff who can check the numbers trust them, and that is why they pick up the open shift.

The Mission

To evolve how healthcare works — so better care costs less and reaches more people.

We’re looking for the right Lighthouse Partners.

This isn’t a trial. It’s a partnership for the long term: we build Remedi with you on your own floors, your staff use it free for a year, and you keep a partner discount for life.
