How it works
Remedi reads the season, the weather, local events, pending discharges and your own history. From those signals Remedi forecasts what each unit needs for the next two weeks, shift by shift. Remedi also marks the shifts most likely to lose someone to a call-out. Your scheduler sees each risk with the signals behind it, and can offer the shift to your own staff while there is still time.
